Debra Jo Puckett Hess (b. 1957) is a singer and performer. She is the daughter of Dorothy Jo Owens. Debbie Jo has toured with her cousin Dolly and worked as a session singer, provided backing vocals for her mother, Danny Chambers, W.V. Grant, and Dolly. She performed at Dollywood as a member of The Kinfolks for many years and later in the My People show which opened in 2013. Debbie Jo, along with her mother Dorothy Jo, brothers Dale and Dwight Puckett, daughter Tanya Renee, and granddaughter Faith Reeann, all contributed songs to the 2024 family album, Smoky Mountain DNA: Family, Faith and Fables.

The lineup of the band includes siblings Louis and Dorothy Jo Owens, and Dorothy Jo's children: Dale, Dwight, and Debbie Jo Puckett. Louis and Debbie Jo's niece Stella Parton is featured on "In the Good Old Days (When Times Were Bad)". The album was likely only sold at Dollywood when the group performed.

Dolly Parton's My People (The Original Cast Album)is a soundtrack album by the cast of Dolly Parton's My People, which ran at Dollywood from 2013 through 2017, and features Dolly on several tracks. It was released on November 9, 2013, by The Dollywood Foundation as the park kicked off their annual Smoky Mountain Christmas festival. The show featured Dolly's brother Randy Parton, sister Cassie Parton, cousin Debbie Jo Puckett, niece Heidi Parton, cousin Dwight Puckett, and niece Jada Star. The album was only sold at Dollywood for a short time and is out of print, making it extremely hard to find.
