"Tell Me That You Love Me" by Richie Owens and Dolly was released as the second single from Smoky Mountain DNA: Family, Faith and Fables on June 21, 2024, by Owepar Records. Richie is Dolly's cousin, the son of her uncle Louis Owens. Richie wrote the song and also produced the track. The song was recorded in 2024 at Historic Fireside Studios in Nashville. Richie's son Dylan plays bass on the track. The single's artwork was altered slightly when the logo for the album was changed in August 2023.
