Ultimate Dolly Parton is a compilation album by Dolly Parton. It was released on June 3, 2003, by RCA Nashville and BMG Heritage. A single disc and a double disc version were released, covering Dolly's career from 1970 to 1989 (single disc) and 1967 to 1991 (double disc). The single disc version peaked at number 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Albums chart, while the double disc version reached number 74. The album contains an alternate master of "9 to 5" and an alternate mix of "Old Flames Can't Hold a Candle to You". The album has been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Ultimate Dolly Parton marks the first and only time Dolly has been directly involved in the creation of a compilation album. She wrote a personal message for the album and did a photoshoot specifically for the album's artwork.
The single disc version features only songs that went to number one on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, with the exception of "Coat of Many Colors. It includes 19 of Dolly's (at the time) 24 number ones on the chart. The missing number one songs are "Real Love", "Think About Love", the 1982 version of "I Will Always Love You", and "Yellow Roses". Dolly would achieve one additional number one song on the chart in 2005 with Brad Paisley on "When I Get Where I'm Going", bringing her career total to 25.
The double disc version of the compilation was sold exclusively by online music retailer Music Space and was not available in stores in the United States.
