The first two singles from Dolly & Family's upcoming album, Smoky Mountain DNA, will arrive tomorrow, June 21. "The Orchard" with niece Jada Star and "Tell Me That You Love Me" with cousin Richie Owens will be available for download and streaming starting at midnight local time. "The Orchard" was performed at the taping I attended last month in Knoxville and it is fantastic! The upcoming album was produced by Richie Owens and is scheduled to be released November 15, 2024. Pre-orders are expected to begin through Dolly's official website tomorrow.

The Grass Is Blue is the thirty-seventh solo studio album by Dolly Parton. It was released on October 26, 1999, by Sugar Hill Records and Dolly's own Blue Eye Records. The first in Dolly's critically acclaimed bluegrass trilogy, it was produced by Steve Buckingham. It peaked at number 24 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Two singles were released, "A Few Old Memories" and "Silver Dagger". The album won Best Bluegrass Album at the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards.
