It was released in November 2004 by J Records and Stiefel Entertainment as the second single from Stewart's Stardust: The Great American Songbook, Volume III album. The song is a cover of the popular holiday song written by Frank Loesser in 1944. Dolly included this 2004 recording on her 2022 deluxe edition of A Holly Dolly Christmas.
