It was released on July 6, 2012, by Gospel Truth Pictures as the second single from the Joyful Noise soundtrack album. It was written by Dolly and produced by Mervyn Warren. It peaked at number two on both the Billboard Christian Digital Song Sales chart and the Billboard Gospel Digital Song Sales chart. Dolly would re-record the song in 2013 with Willie Nelson who released it as a single from his To All the Girls... album.
