Live from London is a live album by Dolly Parton. it was released on November 10, 2009, by Dolly Records as a two-disc CD+DVD set. The CD was produced by Dolly, while the DVD was produced by Danny Nozell and Steve Summers. The set peaked at number 36 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. It was re-released as a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store exclusive in 2012 under the title An Evening With...Dolly.

Background

Dolly embarked on the Backwoods Barbie Tour to support her 2008 album, Backwoods Barbie, on March 28, 2008, and performed 64 dates across North America and Europe before concluding the tour on November 19. The tour was well received by critics and spectators alike, earning more than nine million dollars. The concerts at The O2 Arena in London were filmed for a concert special. The concert special, Dolly: Live in London O2 Arena, aired on PBS as a part of their summer pledge drive. It was later released as a CD/DVD package.

Recording

​The album was recorded on July 5 and 6, 2008, at The O2 Arena in London.

Release and promotion

​The album was released November 10, 2009, in a CD/DVD two-disc set.

Singles

The live version of "Here You Come Again" was released as a single on October 27, 2009, to promote the package. The performance from the DVD was issued as the single's music video.

Commercial performance

The album debuted and peaked at number 36 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart dated November 27, 2009, where it remained for an additional week. The album charted for 10 weeks. It also peaked at number 25 on the Billboard Independent Albums chart and number 195 on the Billboard 200. The album peaked at number 33 on the UK Albums chart.
