"Silver and Gold" is a single by Dolly Parton. It was released on May 20, 1991, by Columbia Records as the second single from Dolly's thirty-first solo studio album, Eagle When She Flies. The song was written by Carl Perkins, Stan Perkins, and Greg Perkins. It was produced by Steve Buckingham and Gary Smith. The single peaked at number 15 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

Music video

​ Robert Deaton III and George Flanigen IV directed the single's accompanying music video.

Commercial performance

"Silver and Gold" debuted at number 54 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart dated June 15, 1991. It peaked at number 15 on the chart dated August 10, its ninth week on the chart. It charted for 20 weeks. The single also peaked at number five on the Cashbox Country Singles chart and number seven in Canada on the RPM Country Singles chart.
