Think About Love is a compilation album by Dolly Parton. it was released on April 15, 1986, by RCA Victor. The project was overseen by Mark Wright. It was released following Dolly's departure from the label in early 1986, so it is unclear to what extent she was involved with the record's production. The album is comprised of nine songs from previous albums, four of which appear in remixed form, and only one Dolly composition. The album's only single, "We Had It All", peaked at number 31 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and would be Dolly's finally charting single for RCA.

Content
The project was helmed by Mark Wright, an executive at RCA in Nashville at the time, and it remains unclear to what extent, if any, Dolly was involved in the selection of songs or in the remixing process. Of the eight tracks, only three appear to be unaltered from their original release: "It's Such a Heartache", "Tie Our Love (In a Double Knot)" and "Even a Fool Would Let Go". The other tracks have all been modified in various ways. "Think About Love" is the single version which was played on radio and released on the 45 single. It differs from the version on Real Love with the addition of the lyric "Think about love" before the bridge, a shortened instrumental section, much louder drum overdubs and a punchier mix overall. This is the only time this mix has been released outside fo the 45 single. "We Had It All" is a completely different vocal take from the version on The Great Pretender. Instead of the piano being the primary instrument, this time the song is driven by an acoustic guitar. "Do I Ever Cross Your Mind", "She Don't Love You (Like I Love You)", and "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch" also appear in remixed form.
