"To Daddy" is a single by Tom Astor featuring Dolly Parton. It was released on June 6, 2008, by Ariola Records and Sony BMG Music Entertainment as a single from Astor's Alles klar - kein Problem! album. The song was written by Dolly and produced by Astor with Klaus Löhmer. Dolly first recorded the song in 1975 for her All I Can Do album, but it was not included. This version eventually was released on the 1995 compilation album, I Will Always Love You: The Essential Dolly Parton One. Emmylou Harris recorded the song for her 1978 album, Quarter Moon in a Ten Cent Town, and released it as a single, reaching number three on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. Dolly performed the song live on her 1994 album, Heartsongs: Live from Home, and released it as a single.
