It is a cover of Cyrus' 2014 hit song. It was written by Maureen McDonald, Stephan Moccio, Sacha Skarbek, David Kim, Lukasz Gottwald, and Cirkut. The single was produced by Kent Wells. It peaked at number six on the Billboard Rock Digital Song Sales chart.
