Dolly gifted us a new single titled "Don't Make Me Have to Come Down There" on Thursday, January 19, her 77th birthday. She said she was inspired to write the song after having a dream about God standing on a mountain top and saying, "Don't make me have to come down there." The single is available to buy or stream wherever you get your music. You can also listen in the video below. That's not the only new music from Dolly this week! The previously announced song from the 80 for Brady movie (starring Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, among others), "Gonna Be You", was released today, Friday, January 20. Dumplin' (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album to the 2018 film the same name. It was released on November 30, 2018, by Dolly Records and RCA Records. It was produced by Linda Perry. The album peaked at number 16 on the Billboard Hot Country Albums chart. The album's release was preceded by three singles: "Here I Am", "Girl in the Movies", and "Jolene (New String Version)". The release was promoted with a CMT television special titled Dolly & Friends: The Making of a Soundtrack.
